Dissolution: If, upon winding up of the Association, there remains after satisfaction of all its debts and liabilities any property whatsoever, that property shall not be paid or distributed among the members of the Association, but shall be given or transferred to other societies or institutions having objectives similar to this Association, as determined by a vote of not less than three-fifths of the members present personally or by proxy at a meeting held at or before the time of dissolution, or in default thereof, by a competent court.
The Association may make, amend or repeal by-laws, rules and regulations, or guidelines for its smooth running, in concurrence with the general body.
